Shoe support centerless type work head
The cylindrical surface is supported by the super-light shoe and it is rotated by the magnetic spindle. Therefore the degree of seismic center and normal can be sustained.
X-Z crossed-axis insertion device
Insertion slide and spindle table slide are made into one unit with X-Z crossed-axis slide, and the movement of work head is prevented to add convenience of return, since precision liner guide is assembled to spindle with proper preload and precision ball screw and AC servo motor are direct-coupled, stable transfer at minimum unit of 0.5nm and high-speed feeding of 250mm/sec are possible.
Touch screen type control panel
Since touch screen is attached to display processing and dressing conditions and insertion positions, anybody can operate it easily and simply, and high-precision and high-efficiency processing is possible even by an unskilled worker. Futhermore, one person can operate many sets of equipment
